What happens when the lights go out? When there's a storm and the electricity is out? When you wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom only to realize you didn't leave a light on? In order to move forward, you must utilize the other senses you have. You must reach out your hands and feel, slow down your body so that you are totally aware of everything your body is responding to in regards to where you are.
Take this idea and let's apply it to something you're struggling with. When you get angry or upset or frustrated or down in the dumps, what is your natural reaction? My challenge for you is to try something new. Use a different 'sense' to get through what you're going through.
