We are in the second half of the year! How did that happen, right?! I've learned a lot in the last 6 months and I have found myself wanting to encourage all of you to take on a new daily practice. I would love for you to choose one from the list and perform it daily, then let me know how it has helped/changed/brought about a new perspective to you.I'd love for you to share at the end of the month or even after day one!
*wake up each morning, place your strong, solid feet on the floor and give thanks for all the blessings you're going to receive today
*spend 5 minutes saying thank you, for everything that comes to mind (there is no right or wrong thing to be grateful for...the street lines, the trees, the paper bag your donuts came in...it's all good, be grateful!)
*tell 3 people that you appreciate them and why
*look in the mirror, smile at yourself and tell yourself that you are worthy of the life you desire
*before going to bed each night, write down 5 things you are grateful for
*before eating or drinking, thank your food/drink for nourishing your body and providing you with the vitamins and minerals you need to create your healthiest self
Reminders:
-Don't punish yourself if you miss a day, let's be real here, we all do it!
-Do each one with an open mind and heart.
-You may feel uncomfortable and that's ok, embrace the feeling of stepping out of that zone!
-Acknowledge yourself for being so amazing :)
